Aromatherapy Massage is available again! ✨

This treatment combines a relaxing Swedish massage with carefully selected essential oils, chosen to suit your individual needs – whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve sleep, ease muscle tension or simply enjoy some time to unwind.

Exciting news! 🎉

I have recently completed additional training in Baby & Child Massage and am now qualified and fully insured to offer this treatment.

As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting wellbeing at every stage of life, and I am delighted to be able to extend my services to babies, children and teenagers.

Baby & Child Massage is a gentle treatment that can help promote relaxation, support sleep, ease muscular tension, encourage body awareness and support overall wellbeing.

Appointments are tailored to each child's age and individual needs, with parents welcome to remain present throughout the session.

📢 Important Update

I would like to let all my clients know that from today I am starting a new role, which means my availability at Oxford Street Therapy Centre will be changing.

Going forward, I will be available for appointments every Friday and on selected Saturdays, as I will be working elsewhere Monday to Thursday.

As appointment availability will now be more limited, I kindly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Current availability for June:

📅 Friday 12th June – 12:00pm & 1:00pm

📅 Friday 19th June – 12:00pm & 1:00pm

📅 Friday 26th June – appointments available between 10:00am and 4:00pm

Online booking is now open through to the end of August, so if you'd like to secure an appointment, please book early.

Massage is a passive exercise, and sometimes, that’s exactly what the body needs.

Not everyone enjoys intense workouts or active stretching, but your muscles still need care and movement. During a massage session, tight and overworked muscles are gently worked through to help improve circulation, reduce tension, and support your overall wellbeing.

I also include passive stretching during the session, focusing on improving mobility@, flexibility, and helping your body move more freely and comfortably.

So if active exercise isn’t really your thing, maybe passive exercise is the perfect option for you.

✨ GCSE Exam Stress? Help Your Teen Relax & Recharge ✨

As someone who was a student not too long ago myself, I know just how emotionally exhausting exam season can be.

Stress and anxiety around GCSEs can often lead to:
• muscle tension and aches
• headaches
• difficulty relaxing
• poor sleep quality
• reduced concentration and focus

And during half term, many young people are spending long hours revising and preparing for exams.

Exciting news! ✨

Today has been a long but incredibly rewarding day as I spent the whole day completing a Babies & Children Massage course with the Penny Price Academy of Aromatherapy in Hinkley.

This is something I’ve wanted to add to my practice for a very long time, so I’m beyond happy that it’s finally happening! 💛

Not only did I learn so much, but I also had the pleasure of meeting some truly wonderful people throughout the course. It’s always inspiring to connect with others who share the same passion for wellbeing and care.

I also treated myself to some beautiful, high-quality professional products which I cannot wait to start using in my treatments soon! ✨

Sometimes everything seems to happen at once — new beginnings, responsibilities, challenges, exciting moments… and trying to balance it all at the same time 😅 Social media has definitely not been my priority recently, but I’m still here and still doing what I love most 💙

I’m still treating, still helping people recover, move better and feel better, and I’m incredibly grateful for every client who continues to support my small business through all the busy seasons of life ✨

A little update for my clients 😊

From 8th June, my clinic availability will become more limited due to starting a new role alongside my work at Oxford Street Therapy Centre

I will mainly be available for appointments on Fridays and some Saturdays. My booking system has now been updated up to the end of July, and appointments are already available to book.
