Reflexology anyone? My own reflexology journey began 30 years ago when conventional medicine could only offer me pain relief for an inflammatory condition that was severely impacting my life. A relative encouraged me to visit a reflexologist. In desperation I went along and after a few treatments my symptoms began to improve and the pain subsided. I was so amazed and fascinated I decided to learn more about it, achieving certification as a qualified reflexologist in 1997. Since then I have given hundreds of treatments to a wide variety of patients; many simply looking for relaxation, others seeking relief from pain, stress, anxiety or insomnia and some wanting holistic support to cope with a chronic illness or degenerative condition.
