Soulful Sunday, an afternoon full of mindfulness, creativity, fun and laughter that takes place at nurtured by nature every first Sunday of every month.
The afternoon consists off a light lunch, refreshments, meditation and a creative activity for you to try your hand at. Evrything, you make can be taken home with you and all material required for any crafting will be provided.
