As we approach the Winter Solstice and enter the Element of Water in Chinese medicine, I wanted to offer my warmest wishes. This is the time of deepest yin—an opportunity to rest, replenish, and listen to the quieter messages of the body. I hope the coming weeks offer you space for restoration.
I’d also like to update you about my clinic schedule for the new year. From January, my working days will shift slightly: I will be offering appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, instead of Tuesdays and Thursdays. I’m always happy to help you find a regular time that fits comfortably into your week.
Additionally, I may be looking for a clinic space nearer to the Tiverton or Cullompton area later next year. If you happen to know of any suitable spaces, or local health practices that might be open to a collaboration or room rental, I would be very grateful for any suggestions.
Finally, due to rising costs and inflation, there will be a small adjustment to my fees in the new year. I’ve kept the increase as gentle as possible, and I appreciate your understanding.
