I am a Holistic Massage Therapist and Artist, I live and work in Binegar, North Somerset. I trained at Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork between 2013-2014 receiving a Diploma in Holistic Massage with Anatomy, physiology and pathology. I am a qualified first aided and accredited with the Massage Therapy Institute. I also have a BA in Fine Art and MA in the Language of Performance. I work in a

fluid and responsive way to give a client centred treatment. Massage can help you reconnect with your body at times of both physical and mental fatigue. It stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system allowing the body to move into a state of rest and recovery, strengthening the immune system and encouraging a deeper level of relaxation for both muscles and the mind. Deep tissue work can have long lasting effects, helping with muscular tension caused by postural misalignment and injury.
