After trying lots of different diets in the past, Donna wanted to find something that worked alongside real life. Through making manageable changes and getting support along the way, she lost an incredible 6st 2½lbs 🙌.

What I love most about her story isn't only the number on the scales. It's everything that came with it. Donna talks about feeling healthier, becoming fitter and enjoying a whole new lease of life. She now loves being active and spending quality time running around with her grandchildren ❤️.

You don't have to chose between watching the solar eclipse and staying on track with your weight loss this week.

My 7pm session is being delayed by 15 minutes to allow my members to see the eclipse (I will be at the Cathedral Green with the Mendip Astonomy Society to watch it) and will come sstraight back to group to focus on helping my members to lose weight.

Watch the eclipse and then come along to group at 7:15pm to stay on track with your weight loss 👍

Just amazing!!!

Let's hear it for our Man of the Year 2026, Harry 🏆! After losing an amazing 14st 5.5lbs (91.4kg) – more than half his body weight 😱 – he’s completely transformed his life ❤️.

At 25st 6.5lbs (161.7kg), he found his weight affected every part of his life. As a letting agent, he'd sometimes drive to appointments that were just two minutes away on foot because the walk felt too much.

Since joining Slimming World, Harry has made lasting changes with the support of his Consultant and fellow members, including his mum Sarah 🥰. Now he's achieved things he never thought possible, like climbing Snowdon ⛰️.
