🌟 A bittersweet goodbye to an incredible member of the HVC family 🌟

Today as many of you are aware is Sam's last day at HVC.

Sam joined us for her very first Chiropractic position in late September 2023 — 140 miles from home, family and anything familiar.

Today we want to celebrate 3 fantastic years together and share all our best wishes for Sam in the future and give the hardest kind of goodbye: the proud kind.

Diane first met Sam at AECC University College in Bournemouth. A Chiropractic University. The Health & Vitality Centre was at a Future pathways event. There was a huge amount of interest in our position, but Sam was the one who shone through — and she hasn't stopped shining since.

In her time with us, Sam has grown into a brilliant chiropractor with a real gift for paediatric care, adding course after course and qualification after qualification along the way. She's has now stood alongside Diane meeting the chiropractors of the future, sharing how we practice and care for our guests, and what they can expect from their own journey in Chiropractic.

But it's not only the chiropractor who has grown — it's the young woman too. Sam arrived in WGC on her own for her first big job, and she leaves with a new family and friendships that will last a lifetime.
And that's before we even mention her talents outside the clinic — a singer, actress, a painter, an arts-and-crafts magician. Is there anything Sam can't do?

Our loss is Staffordshire's gain.

We wish Sam every bit of luck and happiness for this next chapter, and we cannot wait to keep cheering her on — with her permission, we'll be sharing her next amazing achievements right here.

Today, 18th September, and the Health and Vitality Centre is celebrating chiropractic's birthday🎁
On this day in 1895, Canadian Daniel David Palmer performed the very first chiropractic adjustment on Harvey Lillard, a deaf caretaker, and restored his hearing. He then went on to found the first chiropractic school in Davenport, Iowa in 1897.
So, today, we're celebrating all the people whose lives have been helped and changed by chiropractic 😃

Many of our guests will have already had the pleasure of meeting Aaron. He has been a very important piece of the Health & Vitality Centre team for 30 Months now.

Aaron has a vast amount of experience and skills with a genuine passion for supporting health, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. His treatments are both nurturing and therapeutic, leaving clients feeling restored, balanced, and cared for.

He has double his available hours to us, meaning for those of you that couldn't get a second appointment in a month or those wanting to start massage with us, availability is now here.

Although it is filling very quick.

Aaron works;

Tuesday 9 am to 12.30 pm & 2.30 pm to 8 pm

Thursday 2.30 pm to 8 pm

Friday 9 am to 12.30 pm & 2.30 pm to 8 pm

Saturday 9 am to 1.30 pm

He offers Deep Tissue, Swedish Sports and Lymphatic Massage.

With lengths of appointments from 30 minutes to 90.
