Rehab For The Time Poor
If I give you too many exercises and try to shoehorn rehab into an already packed life, I'm failing you. That's on me. 🙈
So we need to evaluate your actual life. The time you actually have. And fit rehab into it realistically. 👌
Here's how. We attach rehab to habits you already have. Habits that are automatic. Habits that require no motivation. Things like brushing your teeth. Cooking dinner. Taking a drink.
These are your triggers.
Calf raises while brushing teeth. 💪Breathing exercises when you get into bed. 😤🫁
Squats while the kettle boils. 💪
Mobility work every time you take a drink.
You're not finding new time. You're using time you're already spending. You're piggybacking rehab onto things that already happen automatically.
No motivation needed. No willpower required. Just habit stacking. 🎉
As your plan progresses, we evaluate and add more. We build the foundation first. Then we progress.
But it starts with understanding your life and fitting rehab into it. Not the other way around.
