Our wonderful residents at Autumn Vale Care Centre enjoyed a lovely day out at Panshanger Golf Club ⛳️💜

They spent some time watching the golfers, taking in the atmosphere and enjoying the surroundings before heading into the restaurant for a delicious lunch.

It has been a lovely time at Autumn Vale Care Centre, with lots going on for our residents. 💜

We were delighted to celebrate Julia's 99th birthday with a special celebration, while Margaret enjoyed some time with her favourite doll. Meanwhile, some of our wonderful had fun taking part in a quiz with Naveen on our digital table.

Violet, aged 101, also enjoyed a word search with Albin. It is always lovely to see our residents choosing the things they enjoy and spending time with our team along the way 😊

Our residents have certainly been busy in the garden at Autumn Vale Care Centre ! 🌱💜

Our vegetable garden is looking fantastic, with a wonderful variety of vegetables growing and flourishing. It’s lovely to see all the care and attention paying off, and our residents are very proud of how it’s coming along.

We can’t wait to see what’s ready to pick next! 🥕🍅

A typical Monday morning at Autumn Vale Care Centre 🍂💜

There’s always something going on, with our residents enjoying their own routines and choosing how they’d like to spend their morning. Margaret and a few others were getting pampered by the hairdresser, while June was busy picking tomatoes from the garden 🍅

Rose was keeping active with her walking exercises, while others settled down with a good book, enjoyed a game or simply spent time doing their own thing. Just another Monday morning at Autumn Vale, with everyone keeping busy in their own way 😊

Our weekly in house bar at Autumn Vale Care Centre was another lovely afternoon, with residents enjoying time together alongside their family and friends 🍻💜

There was plenty of conversation, laughter, and the chance to catch up over a favourite drink, making for a relaxed and happy atmosphere. It's easy to see why this has become one of the most looked forward to events in our home, and we love seeing everyone come together each week.

Recently, our lovely residents at Autumn Vale Care Centre have been enjoying a variety of creative and interactive activities together 💜

From getting creative during arts and crafts to joining in with digital table games, including a lively game of bingo, there has been something for everyone to enjoy. It has been wonderful to see our residents spending time together, sharing plenty of laughs and making the most of each activity 😊

Whether we're creating something by hand or having a bit of friendly competition, it's always lovely to see everyone getting involved and enjoying each other's company.

Recently at Autumn Vale Care Centre, our wonderful residents enjoyed a morning of indoor athletics with Jos and Adam from Rise St Albans, Welwyn and Hatfield , getting involved and having fun together 🏃‍♀️💜

The activities continued throughout the day with a variety of sessions chosen by our residents, giving everyone the chance to take part in something they enjoy. It was lovely to see everyone getting involved, trying different activities and spending time together 😊

A great day filled with movement, choice and plenty of smiles at Autumn Vale.
