Polite Notice [COVID-19]

Time 2 Care will be taking some extra precautions in light of the updated advice from The World Health Organisation.

If any staff member have any of the symptoms we will not be attending any visit and we would require family members to helpout where possible and will contact local authorities.

If any of our clients are showing symptoms we would advise they contact us as soon as possible so we can assess what action to take.

Because of the nature of our job we are happy to carry on as normal unless otherwise informed to or understandably unwanted to by our clients.

Own cleaning products will be used so all wipes/cloths will be binned after use.

We carry hand sanitizer in our vehicles and will vigorously wash our hands throughout the day.

Currently no extra protection is needed unless symptoms are shown.

This is an insight into the work we do with a few of our regular clients..

Client 1 - Consists of picking client up from home address and assisting client to the vehicle. Taking client to supermarket of their own choice. Once home, unpacking shopping, making client a cup of tea whilst spending some time keeping them company.

Client 2 - A top to bottom clean of client house.

Client 3- We attend this clients house 3 times a day, 5 days a week. We do their weekly shopping for them and prepare all meals. General household duties & personal care.
