👏 Well, we met some lovely people out and about in Wednesbury Town yesterday! -The general public and business owners.

All these fabulous businesses helped us by either displaying a poster or taking magazines for their customers…🫶🏼

We are so grateful for all the support, so it’s only fair we share theirs too.

So yesterday I did a thing and did pretty muddy run for cancer research with some of my members. Had an amazing time with fab people.

So this happened a few weeks ago. Blue belt. Who’d had thought I could achieve this. I started a ladies only kickboxing class a few years ago and I love it. At slimming world our activity programme encourages you to be more active and it helps by finding something that you enjoy. Now to work towards my next belt.
