Our concierge service is on hand whenever you need us. Our role is to make sure everything runs smoothly on a daily basis. From receiving parcels, grocery deliveries or laundry and dry cleaning, to help solving an IT problem, it’s all in safe hands. Our team can book tickets for a show or a table at a restaurant. With our local knowledge, we can even recommend somewhere close by. We make getting around simple too. If you need to get into town, just ask us to order a cab. If you have to book a train across country or a flight overseas, we can take care of this too. We can also arrange valet parking for you and your guests* and parking spaces are available to rent at all our locations. So whatever you need, however large or small, our concierge service is there to organise everything quickly and efficiently, with no fuss.

It was a pleasure to host John Gapper from the Financial Times, alongside Penny Hughes, at our Riverstone Fulham residence recently.

We had a fascinating discussion about what it means to age well. For us at Riverstone, it’s about choosing a gradual life evolution - “rightsizing” into a vibrant, supportive community that empowers independence while also offering our residents financial peace of mind.

We also discussed how Riverstone is building long-term trust in the sector, not only through world-class wellbeing and amenities, but by tackling traditional anxieties with transparent, predictable fee structures.

Riverstone CEO, Duncan Garrood, joined the panel “The Art of Ageing: how to flourish amid the longevity revolution”, where he shared his perspective on what longevity really means.

Duncan emphasised something very important at the event: longevity is not only about living longer but about ensuring people can continue to live well physically, socially and emotionally throughout later life. He reflected on how easy it is to ‘build our castle’ and assume we should remain there indefinitely, when doing so can sometimes mean missing an entire chapter of life.
