I just wanted to say a huge heartfelt THANK YOU to each and every one of you for your love and support on this page 😍🙏🏻

I’ve been running my Arbonne business for almost 3 years and it has become a huge part of my life! Bigger than I ever imagined 💫 And for that reason I am no longer going to be using this page. I will still be posting on my personal page, because after all this business is part of who I am so why would I keep things separate!? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Autumn is my favourite season. It always reminds me how beautiful it can be to let go! If the trees decided to refuse to let go of their dying leaves 🍁 we would miss out on seeing all the beautiful autumn colours.
Letting go of old behaviours, thought patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you, makes way for growth and opportunity! Without it we would be stagnant.
The falling leaves always remind me, that letting go is such a beautiful sight and also that the trees come back stronger and more beautiful in the spring when their blossom emerges 🌺🌸

☆꧁༒Name a book that’s changed your life... ༒꧂☆
You all know I love a good personal development book and You Are A Badass by Jen Sincero, has to be my all time favourite. It’s one that I gift to people and also recommend the most!
When I was at my lowest this book taught me how to love myself again! Jen is also very funny to listen to so if you like audible check it out! Her accent makes the book come to life shall we say 😆

You might wonder why I’ve made a post about nature with a red background. Red is the colour that represents the root chakra and for me getting out into nature is where I feel most grounded and connected to the earth... the most stable.
I think our little 🌹 is the same. This morning she didn’t want anything I suggested at home. Despite being tired she didn’t want to sleep, eat, cuddle... nothing!! Soooo we went for a walk!
The moment I get her outside she is instantly calm. She enjoys looking at the trees and flowers and is now happily napping while I grab a brew in the park.
I do wonder if she was trying to tell me I needed it too. The dishes, washing and batch cooking can wait! Right now I’m going to sit, slow down and become I busy!!

6 months old already!! Wow 😮🥰
This little one makes me smile every single day. Now a whole half a year old, it’s made me reflect a little.
12 years ago I decided I actually did want to start a family. At 26 years old I still felt really young... but maybe just about grown up enough and I had a good career so I could support a family and it felt like the right time to think about it.
3 years ago I was brave enough to add a picture to my vision board to represent the longing I had for a little one, that still wasn’t a reality. What I didn’t realise at the time is that I wasn’t with the right person to actually make it happen!
The universe totally had my back and turned my world upside down bringing me to .rothwell.1004 and less than a year later we were expecting our little 🌹
So what changed!? I made a decision about what I wanted in life and I wasn’t willing to settle for anything less. Luckily I found my soul mate and he felt exactly the same way 😘
You are in control of your life!! We are all given the same hours in a day. The difference is in our thoughts and actions.
Are you holding back in what you truly want from life? We only get one shot don’t we! What can you do today to make your dreams a reality because it’s totally in your control!?

“Life is beautiful and there’s so much to smile about” Marilyn Monroe
My little 🌹 reminds me of this every day! We had a walk around on Saturday and my cheeks were so sore from smiling so much. Anyone else forgotten what that feels like?
🌹 is such a smiley baby and literally smiles throughout the day. It’s totally infectious 🥰
I have so much love for our little family and so much gratitude fills me daily, when she smiles so I wanted to share it with you all!

This little one has tested me so much the last few days. She’s growing and changing so much and demands a lot of attention.... feeding, nappies, poonamis, several outfit changes as a result, playing games to help her develop, singing every action I take through the day and keeping her safe!! It’s exhausting sometimes 😅 Then throw some teething into the mix and a few sleepless nights 😮😴 all before I even think about getting myself fed and watered 😂
And then she smiles..... and giggles..... and it makes it all so worth while! 🥰
She teaches me so much every single day about life and about myself.
Huge shout out to all the mommas out there doing their best for their little ones. Enjoy every minute, because they grow up soooooo fast! You’re all amazing! I really didn’t appreciate how hard and also how rewarding it is too 😘

This word used to scare me! I associated it with intimidation but as I’ve grown up I’ve realised it’s nothing to be fearful of.
I was once asked a question... what’s your favourite colour? When I replied yellow... I was told that was a weak choice and I should prefer red, as that’s more powerful!!
To me yellow is bright, positive and reminds me of my bubbly side. But you know what!? I changed it to suit what that person wanted me to be ☹️
I read a lot!! And I’ve learnt that there is noting more powerful than being unapologetically you! Standing up for what you believe in and owning YOU!
Each and everyone one of us is unique. We all have the power to love and be loved. Never change to suit what others want you to be. By doing so you give away your power and loose a little piece of yourself each time.
Own your power 💪🏻 “The power to everything you want is inside you” Rhonda Byrne. Give love to yourself and others and you will live a happy, fulfilled life.

Where did our baby girl go???
5 months ago today our incredible little 🌹 came into the world. She’s growing so fast and we’re loving every minute!
She’s got a cracking sense of humour already like her daddy and so much love to give 🥰
We love teaching her new things and helping her explore!! Yesterday we played in the sand... I think she’s going to love the beach as much as mummy 🏖
But it blows my mind how tired and overwhelmed I can feel some days, yet I still absolutely love being a mummy. The tune just goes too quickly ☹️
