As each space comes to life, we’re preparing to welcome our first residents from Pilgrims View into a luxurious home designed with comfort, dignity and community at its heart — a place where everyone can enjoy a vibrant and fulfilling life.

We are making fantastic progress on our brand-new 70-bed residential and dementia care home on Lucks Hill, West Malling. As we head toward our Autumn 2026 opening, the vision of combining luxury, hotel-inspired living with advanced care technology is quickly becoming a reality.

Malling Grange marks a proud milestone for Avante Care & Support as our most environmentally friendly home to date. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed—from the spacious en-suite bedrooms and elegant lounges to the upcoming café, cinema, library, and salon.

What makes this journey truly rewarding is the involvement of our future residents transferring from Pilgrims View Care Home in Snodland. They have been an integral part of the project from day one, helping name the suites and tracking the build's development. It has been a joy sharing these regular updates with them as they look forward to joining the West Malling community!

It’s great to see the progress being made at our new care home, Malling Grange!
