Transformational Coaching again I work in a very different way to most coaches. Instead of trying to power against your "problems" whether that be anxiety, depression, stress, feeling stuck or wanting to improve your life, relationships, career, or health, I will explain to you how your mind works, why you feel like you do, and how to change it. Just like your finger heals when you cut it, your mind can heal too and underneath all your thinking and emotions there is your mental health and wellbeing. When you realise this there is no longer a need to battle, analyse, or live in conflict. As your mind clears you are able to make better decisions, feel your self worth, peace calm, allow your creativity and genius to guide you to a better feeling life. This may sound very simple and it can be but until you know how to do it it feels a million miles away but you are one thought away from your peace and joy and I can help free you from your mental and emotional pain so you have freedom to have a much better feeling life. My aim and passion is to guide you to your inner peace, love and joy. To shed your pain and worries and live a free happy life. How do I know I can because I live what I teach so I know it works and it is my life not my job. We experience life from the inside out, you are only ever, ALWAYS experiencing your thinking and your mindset, so stop waiting for circumstances or someone outside of you to make you feel better and learn to live freely.

For much of my life I was searching.

Searching for peace.
Searching for certainty.
Searching for love.
Searching for the answer.

What I am beginning to see is that what I was looking for was the one looking.

The peace wasn’t at the end of the journey.

The love wasn’t in another person.

The safety wasn’t in getting everything right.

Like the ocean and its waves, I can now see that fear, worry, uncertainty and thinking are all part of the experience of being human.

The wave is not the problem.

I am the ocean that can hold the wave.

There is a deeper intelligence underneath the noise of thought.

When I slow down, listen, and allow my nervous system to settle, I find myself guided not by fear, but by something much quieter and wiser.

From urgency to inner guidance.

From fear to clarity.

From searching to remembering.

Listening beneath the noise.

Coming home to yourself. 💛

Wow I have had such insights and a shift in being in the past few weeks. Teaching my online course has really opened me up to something deep and powerful.

For years I thought the answer was to work harder, fix myself, think more, plan more, and try to control life.

What I’m beginning to see more deeply is that peace, clarity, love and wisdom were never missing.

They were simply hidden beneath the noise.

The greatest transformation isn’t becoming someone new.

It’s remembering who you are underneath the stories, fears, beliefs and conditioning.

✨ A shift from living in thought to noticing thought.

✨ Less identification with the personal story.

✨ A sense of being lived by life rather than constantly trying to manage life.

✨ More presence.

✨ More ease.

✨ Less psychological suffering, even when life remains challenging.

✨ A deeper appreciation of ordinary moments.

The birds singing.

The wind in the trees.

A conversation with a friend.

A quiet cup of tea.

Life has a way of guiding us when we stop trying to force it.

The practice doesn’t create peace.

It helps us notice the peace already underneath.

Listening beneath the noise.

Yes yes yes. You are looking for your peace, joy, love. We all look int he wrong place, outside food, drink, others, work, gym, tv to mention a few. You can try to battle the addiction or you can find your inner peace. That’s what happened to me and now I am 3 years in a few weeks without a drink. No program, no battle but I saw that my peace or happiness was not in a wine bottle but inside of me. X x
