National Grief Awareness Day 🕊️
Today, we recognise the many different ways grief can affect us after the loss of someone we love.
Grief has no timetable, and there is no “right” way to grieve. Some days may feel overwhelming, while others may bring moments of peace, laughter or cherished memories. Every journey through grief is unique.
Today is a reminder to be kind to yourself and to those around you who may be grieving. Sometimes, simply listening, remembering a loved one, or letting someone know you are there can mean more than words can express.
You don’t have to walk through grief alone.

📚 Having a book clear-out?
We are looking for new, good condition second hand books to help us raise funds for new books for the Hope Butler Bereavement Suite at Tunbridge Wells Hospital — children’s books, adult fiction and non-fiction, cookbooks, travel books and more!
If you have any books you’d like to donate, please drop them in or get in touch for a local pick-up.

Come see us at Ryarsh Fun Day tomorrow between 10am-2pm. We’ll be the brightly coloured stall with heaps of bunting, lots of balloon animals, facepainting and ice cold drinks! We’re supporting this important charity and raising as much as we can to help families experiencing bereavement. 100% of our proceeds will go to this charity. So please do come and see us for refreshments and a shower of bright colours! 💜🩷🧡💛💚💙
