Hi, I have been a Slimming World consultant since November 2017 and am incredibly passionate about helping members lose weight and feel amazing. Having lost just under 4 stone myself, I truly understand just how life changing eating well, moving more and being a healthy weight can be. With it being hot I’m happy to be quite flexible on times for weigh but remember this is your time for you to get that motivation and make your plan for your week.

I will open early at 7:30am for any members that would like to weigh in earlier, and I will still be running the 9am and 10:30am groups ❤️🥰

We will be running groups in west moors today but with flexible weighing in options due to it being so super hot 🥰
Groups will run at 3:30, 5:30 and 7pm but I will have the scales open a little earlier and also from 4:45 till 6pm 🥰

Huge big thank you to the members of West moors and Tuesday PM Ferndown groups!
Together we collected 220 bags of clothing to be donated to Cancer Research UK with the Big Slimming World Clothes Throw!!

You guys are amazing and and what an amazing charity to be supporting ❤️❤️❤️❤️
