Steve’s smile doesn’t convince you, the Highland views will. 🏔️✨

​We caught up with Steve mid-retreat to hear about his experience. While the scenery is world-class, his personal highlight was actually our foot function & mobility class. 👣🧘‍♂️

​This is why we always try to provide our clients with something to take away with them to implement into their daily routine. Like taking a bit of retreat home with them 🙌
For Steve, he is going home with the knowledge and skills to find his path to happy feet!

Lets be honest... being a mum is hard. Running a buisness is hard. Both together can seem impossible, but less so when you are in it together 🤗

Lately we have really felt the "mumprenour" challenge. We both have toddlers who have never slept well, and cling to their mummies like limpets - which we love, but also sometimes we need a breather. 

For this reason running retreats often means bundling toddlers and a whole support team along with us for the ride, which can often be a juggle. But often our guests love getting to breifly meet our mini instructors in the making 🙌

Recently, nursery bug after nursery bug sometimes means childcare challenges and having to reschedule class times to accomodate for this. 

And never mind our "buisness meetings" usually involve one of us having to discuss class plans whilst deploying snacks with a child hanging off one arm. 

But we wouldn't have it any other way & wouldn't be able to do it without each other or you -our clients being part of our support team.

So Thank you so all of you for being patient, sticking with us, being our cheerleaders whilst we navigate this wonderfully chaotic journey through Motherhood.

Any other parents in the juggle - we see you & are with you - keep going it is worth it 🙌
