PROUD COACH MOMENT 💙
Phoebe has been an amazing client, and she should be incredibly proud of everything she has achieved.
When she started coaching, she was eating around 800–900 calories a day. Instead of cutting her food further, we gradually increased her calories to 1,500–1,600 and focused on:
✅ Fueling her training properly
✅ Building muscle and getting stronger
✅ Consistency rather than perfection
✅ Improving her relationship with food
She looks fantastic, but the physical transformation is only part of what she has achieved.
“Physically, I’m so much stronger and I can see changes in my body. My confidence is continuing to grow, and I feel healthier too. Nutrition is something we’ve worked on so much, and I feel like I’ve progressed so much with it. I’ve learnt that progress doesn’t happen overnight and that I don’t have to be perfect to keep moving forward.”
The “toned” look doesn’t come from eating as little as possible. It comes from building muscle, fueling your body and giving yourself enough time to progress.
This is exactly what coaching should be about—not just changing how somebody looks, but helping them feel stronger, healthier and more confident while building a better relationship with food.
Well done, Phoebe. I’m incredibly proud of you, and I can’t wait to see what you achieve next! 💙
