We are a Gymnastics & Trampolining club based in Edington, Wiltshire 🤸‍ Welcome to Gaia Gymnastics & Wellness.

We have blended core gymnastics skills with mindfulness practise to create a gymnastics club with a holistic approach. At Gaia Gymnastics & Wellness all participants will learn Gymnastics & Trampolining in a fun, friendly and positive environment. Our sessions can help our gymnasts to gain tools which may help them to navigate through any physical and mental health challenges they may experience t

hroughout their life. Mindfulness has been linked to two core-emotional skills: self-regulation and self-awareness. These skills help us to recognise our thoughts, emotions and actions and can help us learn how to react in a positive way. We look forward to welcoming you.

Welfare Wednesday 🫶

The strongest sporting communities aren't the ones where athletes are afraid to make mistakes—they're the ones where everyone feels safe to learn, encouraged to grow and supported through both the highs and the lows.

Every word of encouragement, every act of kindness and every teammate who says, "You've got this," helps build confidence that lasts far beyond the gym.

Mindful Monday

One of the greatest gifts of being part of a community is knowing that we don't have to grow alone.

Every training session, every challenge, and every achievement becomes more meaningful when we share the journey with others.

Together we learn new skills, encourage one another through setbacks, celebrate successes, and become stronger in ways that go far beyond gymnastics.

This week, remember to:

Encourage someone who is working hard
Be open to learning something new
Support your teammates and friends
Celebrate both your own progress and the progress of others
Appreciate the strength that comes from being part of a positive community
