Lovely first weekend at college
Day 1 and 2 of Sports massage and structural rebalancing course we studied lots of anatomy and physiology and practical work included soft tissue release techniques
This will really benefit a lot of my clients and can be customised into your regular massage

What soft tissue release addresses
Muscle adhesions: Breaks down bands of scar tissue and binds that can form in muscles, tendons, and fascia.
Shortened or tight muscles: Helps lengthen muscle fibers that have become shortened due to overuse or injury.
Fascial tension: Releases tightness in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles.
Restricted movement: Improves flexibility and range of motion, and can help restore proper movement patterns.

Been a while since I’ve posted but just to update you I’m embarking on my next venture of my career and starting back at college next week to start my journey in sports massage, so excited to be doing this and to bring an extra therapy to the calm sanctuary 🙂
