We are delighted to officially welcome Lewis Cotterell to the company.
With an impressive 21 years of industry experience, Lewis brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and practical expertise to our team. Beginning his career as a Drilling Support Operative before progressing to Lead Driller, Lewis spent nine years delivering complex drilling projects before moving into senior contract and drilling management roles. Over the past decade, Lewis has built a strong track record delivering commercial and operational success across the National Grid and Nuclear sectors.
Throughout his career, Lewis has successfully managed hundreds of contracts for major engineering consultancies, overseeing projects ranging from small-scale investigations through to major programmes. His experience covers the full project lifecycle, including planning, tendering, commercial management, operational delivery, and final account completion.
Alongside his contract management responsibilities, Lewis has also managed drilling operations and teams of up to 35 personnel, ensuring projects were delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and within budget.
Having built a strong reputation throughout the sector, Lewis’s experience across a wide range of projects and operations will be a huge asset as we continue to grow and strengthen our services nationwide. Lewis will be working closely alongside Chris to oversee and manage projects, supporting our clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards.
