Enjoy live Country Music and a delicious BBQ, take a look around our beautiful home, meet our caring team and ask any questions in a friendly, informal setting.

This will be a Country & Western themed afternoon, so feel free to come along in cowboy hats, boots, or simply whatever you feel most comfortable in.

🎉🍀 What a fantastic afternoon we had celebrating our wonderful resident, Declan, on his 81st birthday! 🎂💚

Our home was filled with laughter, music, and plenty of Irish spirit as the talented singer and harpist Marie entertained everyone with traditional Irish songs. 🎶☘️ Residents happily joined in with singing, dancing, and traditional Irish percussion, making it a truly memorable celebration! 🥁🎵

Of course, no Irish celebration would be complete without a pint of Guinness! 🍻 Declan also very kindly shared his delicious birthday cake and cream cakes, lovingly brought in by his son, with his family and friends here at St Michael's. 🧁❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make Declan's special day so joyful. 🎈🥳🎁

☀️🎶 We celebrated Midsummer and Father’s Day on Monday afternoon at our latest Family & Friends party — and what a wonderful afternoon it was! 💙👨‍👧‍👦

Residents and their loved ones enjoyed a relaxed afternoon in our beautiful garden with plenty of sunshine, parasols and a lovely cooling breeze 🌿⛱️🍹

We were delighted to welcome back Scott Elvis, who wowed everyone in his GI Blues army outfit! 🎤🕺 He had everyone singing, dancing, laughing and toe-tapping along to the King’s greatest hits 🎶💃

Of course, no Elvis celebration would be complete without his favourite treat… Pizza! 🍕 Plus plenty of Prosecco and beer to keep the party flowing 🥂🍻

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a special afternoon ❤️

🌍✈️ What a wonderful afternoon we had on Thursday with one of our old favourites, Martin Farbrother! 🎶😊

This time, Martin brought his fantastic Around the World Show, fully embracing the theme in a cruise ship captain’s outfit 🚢⚓ and pilot costume ✈️👨‍✈️. Residents loved the interactive experience, joining in with singing, reminiscing about travels and adventures, and even enjoying a dance or two — both seated and standing! 💃🕺🎵

There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and happy memories shared throughout the afternoon. Thank you, Martin, for another fantastic performance – we can’t wait to welcome you back! ❤️

☀️🪐 What a wonderful and sunny afternoon we had! 🌞💛

Our residents, family members, and friends came together to prepare for this week's visit from Manor House Nursery. 👵👴👧👦 Working as a team, we created a fantastic solar system for our Space-themed intergenerational activity 🚀🌎⭐

There were lots of smiles, creativity, and laughter as we got ready for another special day of making memories together. We also had great fun trying on our brand-new, extra-bright sun hats! 👒😎🌈

🎹✨ What a wonderful afternoon of music, movement, and smiles! ✨🎶

At our care home, we love offering a variety of entertainment tailored to our residents' wishes, and this week was truly special. 💖

We were delighted to welcome mother and daughter duo, Maddie and Margaret, who treated everyone to beautiful classical piano duets 🎼🎹 before leading an engaging interactive music and exercise session. Residents thoroughly enjoyed singing along, moving to the music, and sharing lots of laughter! 😊👏

A huge thank you to Maddie and Margaret for bringing such joy, energy, and talent to our home. 🌟
