✨️✨️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲? ✨️✨️

I keep wondering what life would look like if we chose kindness more often.

If we spread love instead of hate.
If we chose connection instead of disconnection.
If we saw strength in community instead of separation.
If we were less afraid to have love for ourselves and one another.

What would change if we stopped seeing compassion as weakness and started seeing it as power?

Maybe the world doesn’t change through one enormous act.

Maybe it changes in the small moments:
in how we speak,
how we listen,
how we treat the person in front of us,
and how willing we are to choose love when it would be easier to turn away.

We may not be able to change the whole world today.

But we can change the way one person experiences it.

And maybe that’s where real change begins?

Lately I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to keep going and going, even when our battery is already running low.

For me, sometimes the best thing I can do is leave everything for a while and choose something that makes me feel like myself again.

This time it was the beach, music, dancing, and that feeling of being completely in the moment.

We all recharge differently. Sometimes it’s rest, sometimes it’s movement, sometimes it’s nature, people we love, a change of scenery, or simply doing the thing our heart has been quietly asking for.

We don’t always need to push through. Sometimes we need to listen to ourselves.

What helps you recharge your batteries?

✨️✨️ Sunday Reflection ✨️✨️

Today, I’m inviting you to pause for a moment and turn your attention inward.

To step away from what you should want, what others expect from you, and what seems sensible.

Just for a moment, listen to you.

Today’s question:

If you gave yourself permission to dream a little bigger, what would you choose next?

Take your time with it. You might be surprised by what comes up.

✨️✨️ When You Stop Seeking Approval ✨️✨️

As you heal and become more grounded in who you are, you may notice that you need less validation from the outside.

Being seen, praised, or appreciated can feel good but that feeling is often temporary. When your sense of worth depends on how others respond to you, you can easily lose touch with yourself.

A deeper kind of validation comes from within: learning to trust yourself, respect your own needs, and build a strong relationship with the person you spend your whole life with, YOURSELF

And perhaps that is where real inner security begins.

If you recognise that you often look to others for approval and would like to build a stronger relationship with yourself, you’re warmly invited to book a free welcome call and explore whether working together feels right for you.

Some days remind me exactly why I chose to do this work. 🤍

After today’s coaching session, I was left with such a strong feeling of gratitude.

There is something incredibly rewarding about being able to sit with another person, really listen, and create a space where they can begin to see themselves — and their situation — from a different perspective.

Sometimes a shift doesn’t have to be huge.

It can be one new thought.
One different perspective.
One small decision.
One baby step in a different direction.

And suddenly, something that felt impossible can begin to feel possible.

Seeing someone reconnect with their own strength, recognise what they are capable of and begin to see a clearer way forward is incredibly rewarding.

I feel so grateful that my work allows me to support people in this way.

For me, it’s so much more than work.

It feels connected to my purpose. To bring more understanding, encouragement and love into the lives of the people I have the privilege of working with.

And as coaching becomes another part of my practice, it feels more and more like all the pieces are coming together.

Understanding the past.
Being present now.
Creating direction for the future.

Days like today simply make my heart very full. 🤍

And it makes me wonder... what makes your heart feel full?

Is there something you would love to change, overcome or move towards in your own life?

If you feel you’d like some support finding that next step, you’re warmly invited to book a free welcome call with me. We can explore what’s going on for you and see whether working together feels right.

Feeling stuck doesn't always mean the same thing.

Sometimes you know exactly what you want.

You have the vision.
You have the goal.
You may even have the plan.

But something keeps getting in the way.

An old belief, fear, emotional experience or repeated pattern may still be influencing how you respond today.

In that situation, looking at the past can be incredibly valuable.

Not because we want to stay there.

But because sometimes understanding and transforming what is still affecting us can create more freedom in the present.

But there is another kind of “stuck”.

Sometimes you've already done a lot of inner work.

You understand yourself.

You're ready for something different.

But you don't have a clear direction.

You find yourself asking:

What do I actually want now?

Where do I want to go?

What does the next chapter of my life look like?

That's a very different conversation.

And it's one of the reasons I've decided to add another dimension to my work.

I'm currently completing my coaching certification, and once qualified, coaching will become an additional part of my practice alongside my work as an RTT therapist.

I find the combination fascinating.

Because sometimes we need to work with what is behind us.

Sometimes we need support creating what is ahead of us.

And sometimes we may need both.

PAST — understand.
PRESENT — be.
FUTURE — create.

There isn't one correct starting point.

It depends on the person standing in front of me.

So I'm curious:

Where do you feel you need the most support right now — past, present or future?

If you feel you’d like to explore where you are right now, and what support might help you move forward. You’re warmly invited to contact me for a free welcome call.

Sometimes we know exactly what we want.

We have the goal.
We have the plan.
We may even feel motivated and determined.

And yet… we still find ourselves procrastinating, overthinking or pulling back.

When that happens, it’s easy to assume we simply need to try harder.

But sometimes the more useful question is:

“What is happening underneath this?”

An old belief or emotional pattern may still be influencing how we respond today.

Something like:

I’m not good enough.
I’m going to fail.
I don’t deserve this.
Maybe it’s safer not to try.

This is an important part of the work I do as an RTT therapist. Exploring the deeper beliefs and patterns that may still be affecting the present.

Not because we want to live in the past.

But because understanding what is still influencing us can create more freedom and choice now.

And sometimes…

moving forward begins with understanding what’s pulling you back.

Have you ever known exactly what you wanted, but still felt something was stopping you from getting there?

✨️✨️✨️ Sometimes the body whispers what the mind has been too busy to hear. ✨️✨️✨️

Less noise. Fewer screens. More space. More bare feet on the ground, more trees, more sky.

For me, nature has always had a way of bringing me back to myself, slowing everything down, clearing the mental noise, and helping me reconnect with what I actually need.

Maybe we don’t need to abandon society completely.
Maybe sometimes we simply need enough space to hear ourselves again.

To come back to the body.
To come back to what feels true.
To come back to ourselves.

What has your body been asking you for lately?

𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱… but still couldn't seem to move towards it?

Sometimes we assume we need more motivation, more discipline or another goal.

But sometimes the difficulty isn't the goal at all.

Something from the past may still be influencing how we respond in the present, an old belief, an emotional pattern, a fear, or something we haven't fully worked through yet.

And that's why I still believe working with the past can be so important.

Not because we want to live there.

But because sometimes we need to understand and transform what is still affecting us before moving forward feels possible.

And then there is another experience.

Sometimes we've done a lot of inner work.

We understand ourselves.

We've learned to be more present.

But we still find ourselves asking:

“𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄?”

“𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼?”

“𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲?”

This is one of the reasons I'm currently expanding my work through coaching training.

Because I'm becoming increasingly interested in the whole journey:

𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁.
𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄.
𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲.

And every person is different.

Some may need therapeutic work.

Some may need coaching and future direction.

And for some, eventually, the two approaches may complement one another beautifully.

There isn't one correct starting point.

The important question is:

Where do YOU feel most stuck right now — the past, the present, or the future?
