Hay Fever Alert! 🌼

A high pollen count has been reported throughout England, which means hay fever symptoms might be more severe. To help manage your symptoms, try the following tips:

🌼 Keep windows and doors closed as much as possible.
🌼 Shower and change clothes after being outside.
🌼 Avoid drying clothes outdoors when pollen counts are high.
🌼 Use over-the-counter antihistamines and nasal sprays.
🌼 Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from pollen.
🌼 If your symptoms are severe, please contact your GP or pharmacist for advice.
