Hey everyone! 😊

Just wanted to share something I’m really excited about. I’m going to be collaborating with a local recovery & wellness studio in Yatton and once a month I’ll be teaching a nice chilled Vinyasa Flow yoga class suitable for beginners

sauna and cold plunge and properly relax after the flow 🙌

My first sessions will be on 26th April, with two time options:
