A️⃣ The Monday Motivator
New week. New me. Fridge organised. Meal plan done. Absolutely unstoppable until approximately Tuesday at 4.17pm.

B️⃣ The Last Supper Specialist
“I’m starting tomorrow”
So naturally tonight requires pizza, chocolate, crisps and anything else that might apparently become illegal at midnight. 😭

C️⃣ The One-Weigh-In Wonder
Has one amazing week and immediately starts mentally accepting their Slimmer of the Year award. 🏆😂

D️⃣ The Human Being
Has good days, messy days, meals out, weekends away… but keeps coming back to the plan because they’ve finally realised consistency beats perfection. ❤️

I’m aiming for D 🙋‍♀️😂

Because successful weight loss isn’t about being “good” every single day.
