Another day, another celebration!

Congratulations to Nithya, one of our wonderful Lounge Leaders who has recently been granted Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK.

This achievement represents years of dedication, commitment and hard work, and we're incredibly proud to have supported her throughout her journey.

Reaching this milestone has only been possible after completing five years of continuous employment and meeting the requirements of the Home Office. During that time, Nithya has made a huge contribution to our residents, her colleagues and our wider care home family.

Thank you for everything you do—we're delighted to celebrate this milestone together and look forward to many more years working alongside you

Today we're celebrating a very special milestone for several members of our team - Minarba, Ratheesh, Vincy, and Soniya who have recently been granted Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK.
