Okay, so there are quite a few things we DON’T do at Sacred Space… 😂

We don’t care if you can’t touch your toes.

We don’t care if you wobble.

We don’t care if you get completely lost when I say “left leg forward” and your brain decides right is definitely left. 🤣

We don’t care if you’re not flexible.

And we definitely don’t expect you to look like a yoga Instagram influencer!

What we DO care about is that you feel welcome, comfortable and completely yourself when you walk through our doors. ❤️

We laugh.
We move.
We breathe.
We sometimes fall over.
We have a cuppa.
We make friends.
And yes… we occasionally have absolutely no idea which leg we’re supposed to be moving either. 😂

Because yoga isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about showing up, moving your body, breathing a little deeper and hopefully leaving feeling better than when you arrived.

That’s Sacred Space. 🤍

The lack of pictures made for an amazing weekend with Beki Darling-Johnson at World Yoga Festival.

When I am truly present I rarely think about taking pictures as I am too occupied being alive and present for what’s in front of me.

So despite this less than impressive group
Of pics below - see Beki twinning with my van colours 😂😂😂 I had the most amazing weekend, this truly is an amazing festival amd even though it’s been running for 10
Years it’s still beautifully authentic.

So my message is enjoy your summer and you don’t need pics for proof you had a great time and created memories because the memories are the important bit - the rest is just for show

What a wonderful weekend again this weekend - out of the 10 years it’s been running I have made 6 and it never disappoints.

Great teachers, great people so much love and learning.
