On Friday 5 June we will be kicking off a new 5-week Restore Your Core® course, at Move Well Studio, Wetherby.
This whole-body exercise course is aimed at anyone struggling with core, pelvic floor or back issues.
It's particularly helpful if you have:
✔️ diastasis recti (mummy tummy)
✔️ pelvic organ prolapse
✔️ urge or frequency incontinence
✔️ post-natal issues
✔️ leaking when you run, cough or sneeze
✔️ pelvic pain
✔️ back pain
✔️ had pelvic or back surgery and need a clear pathway for safely returning to exercise
or you simply want to feel stronger in your core and more connected to your body.
During our 5 weeks together, we will work through a range of functional exercises designed to help you build strength, increase mobility and improve function.
You’ll get weekly homework videos to take away with you, and so you can keep up the good work after the course has ended.
If you can’t join live, there are limited spaces available to join via Zoom, with a recording of each class available for 7 days after the live class.
