🔹 Move Better. Feel Better. Perform Better. 🔹
1 to 1 Rehab/prehab coaching with Boris.
One of the biggest mistakes people make when training is focusing on the exercise itself without paying attention to how they're moving.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with recurring aches and pains, or simply looking to prevent future problems, my 1-to-1 corrective exercise, rehab, and prehab coaching is designed around improving the way your body moves.
When you train with me, I don't just hand you a programme and leave you to it. Every exercise is coached in detail, ensuring proper alignment and movement from the ground up.
✔ Foot and ankle positioning
✔ Knee tracking and stability
✔ Hip mobility and control
✔ Pelvic and spinal alignment
✔ Posture and movement mechanics
✔ Balance, coordination, and body awareness
✔ Fundamental movement patterns and movement efficiency
I assess how your body moves and identify compensations, weaknesses, mobility restrictions, and dysfunctional movement patterns that may be contributing to pain, discomfort, poor performance, or increased injury risk.
Using proven corrective exercise techniques, I'll take you through essential movement patterns such as squatting, bend to extend, lunging, pushing, pulling, rotating, 1 leg stability and gait mechanics. By improving these foundational patterns, you can move more efficiently, reduce unnecessary stress on joints, and build strength on a solid foundation.
During every session, I guide you through each exercise step-by-step, making corrections where needed and helping you understand why you're doing it. I'll coach your positioning from your feet and ankles right through to your hips, core, shoulders, and posture, ensuring you're moving as effectively and safely as possible.
The goal isn't just to complete a workout—it's to retrain better movement habits, improve function, build resilience, and create long-term results that carry over into everyday life, work, sport, and training.
Whether you're returning from injury, looking to stay injury-free, or wanting to move more efficiently in everyday life and sport, corrective exercise can help build a stronger foundation for everything you do.
📩 Get in touch with Boris to find out how personalised corrective exercise, rehab, and prehab training can help you move with greater confidence, better quality, and less pain.

Why Do You Keep Getting Pain or Injured?
You can be a runner.
A triathlete.
A HYROX athlete.
A gym regular.
Or someone who barely exercises at all.
Yet you can still end up with:
➡️ Back pain
➡️ Knee pain
➡️ Hip pain
➡️ Shoulder pain
➡️ Neck pain
➡️ Achilles pain
The common mistake? Thinking pain is simply a problem that needs "fixing."
Massage, hands-on treatment, needling, taping, and other therapies can be valuable tools. They can help reduce symptoms, improve movement, and support recovery.
But treatment alone rarely solves the underlying issue.
Your body is designed to move.
Strength, mobility, coordination, balance, and load tolerance all improve through movement. When movement capacity doesn't match the demands you're placing on your body—whether that's running marathons, lifting weights, playing sport, or sitting at a desk all day—pain and injury become more likely.
The goal isn't just to get out of pain.
The goal is to build a body that can handle life's demands.
✅ Move well
✅ Move often
✅ Get stronger
✅ Gradually increase what your body can tolerate
Treatment can help guide the process.
Movement creates the lasting change.
That's why I don't just focus on treating symptoms. I'll assess how you move and create an exercise programme tailored to you, incorporating the movement patterns, strength work, mobility, and progression your body needs to recover and perform better.
Whether you're dealing with a long-standing injury, recurring pain, or want to get back to training with confidence, the right exercise programme can make all the difference.
Don't just chase pain relief. Build resilience. Build capacity. Move better. Feel better. Perform better.
📩 If you're struggling with pain or injury, get in touch and let's create a plan that works for your body and your goals.

For injury prevention and recovery, train movements — not just muscles.

The body works as an integrated system.
Squat.
Bend to extend
Push.
Pull.
Rotate.
Single-leg stability.

Movement-based training builds strength, balance, coordination, and resilience where the body actually needs it.

Not just stronger muscles.
Better movement.
Better recovery.
Fewer breakdowns.

Corrective exercise isn’t about training less — it’s about training smarter. 💪
Small movement issues can lead to bigger problems over time: ❌ Tight hips
❌ Weak glutes
❌ Poor posture
❌ Limited mobility
❌ Muscle imbalances
Corrective exercise helps restore the way your body is designed to move.
The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is better movement, less pain, and improved performance.
A strong body that moves well: ✅ Lifts better
✅ Runs better
✅ Recovers better
✅ Feels better
Sometimes the best progress comes from fixing the foundation first.
Move well. Then move often.

Even when progress feels slow, rehab exercises are what bridge the gap between injury and recovery. Consistency builds strength, restores movement, and helps prevent the same injury from coming back.
Hands-on treatment, massage, or time on the treatment couch can help reduce pain and support recovery — but they’re only part of the process. Real long-term improvement comes from the work you put in between appointments.
Recovery isn’t just about resting — it’s about rebuilding. Stay patient, trust the process, and keep showing up for your body. 💪

Amazing story about an amazing patient of mine …. Super proud of this young inspiring women who just loved her football , a courageous story of patience , inner strength grit and sheer determination ….. ⚽️💕 Go girl you are an inspiration ! X

After a fantastic career in youth football Kerrie Dyer made the smooth transition into Womens football and in the 2022/23 season she helped Redlands FC Ladies (now Ridgeway FC Ladies) to promotion by scoring 37 goals in just 16 appearances in the Dorset Womens Football League.
The team looked forward to the season in the South West League but in the 5th minute of the very first game of the season away at Poole Town Ladies Kerrie suffered a serious ACL injury to her knee.

Kerrie has agreed to do a story as an inspiration for others.

1. Did you know you had suffered such a bad injury straight away?

Yes, definitely, I heard the pop when it happened, I just knew. I knew my season was over straight away, which was extremely hard to come to terms with given the season we had just had and how hard I’d worked

2. After going to Poole Hospital and getting diagnosed, how long did it take before you finally managed to get your ACL operation done?

My injury happened on the 3rd September 2023, I was told multiple times it was not my ACL until finally I got my MRI in October and my results on the 7th November 2023. After a tough recovery in between trying to come back without surgery I finally had my surgery 17th Feb 2024.

3. The rehab has taken around a year, how does your knee feel now?

I have worked hard to get my knee strong with lots of help from my NHS physio and also my amazing private physio / massage therapist (Sam @ Ocean Therapy). It feels strong and it feels stable which is my main goals.

4. You have recently been doing some 1v1 training sessions with Tim Davis, have you had any side effects with your injury?

My training has been going really well, we have taken it steady and eased myself back into it, playing football again was always my main goal and I’m glad Tim has given me the time to be able to find my feet in it again. I haven’t overly had any side affects but as with any injury there will always be things my body needs to get used to again, football movements are very different to things I can do in the gym. But I can say it is progressing well.

5 Will we see you returning to action for the 2026/27 season?

I do hope so, but I will listen to my body, my physios and Tim for when it is the right time. The team has had an amazing season and I would love to be apart of it for the season coming. We will see, I hope so
