I hope everyone is enjoying the summer holidays. I’ve enjoyed time with my not so little ones and have very much been enjoying the slower pace.
I am really looking forward to meeting new parent and baby pairs in the autumn. Spaces are really starting to fill on some courses so if you are thinking of joining us please do get in touch soon.

It’s nearly the summer holidays here so of course I am starting to plan the Autumn term!! I will have new baby massage and baby yoga courses starting in Buxton and Whaley Bridge in mid September. I always give the schools a couple of weeks to go back and then start. If you have had a little one in the last couple of months and are looking for groups for September then look no further. My next block of baby massage and baby yoga courses are filling fast and these will be my last courses until Mid September. I always take the summer off to spend with my own children, although now it is more to be their taxi service!! 😉 Love them really!!!

Baby massage and baby yoga courses are gorgeous opportunities for you to spend some lovely bonding time with your baby. Baby massage can start as soon as mum is ready to venture out. Baby yoga is suitable from 12 weeks.
I will have new courses starting in Buxton and Whaley Bridge the week of the 1st June. These courses are filling fast, some only have a couple of spaces left.

Baby massage is a gorgeous bonding activity for you and your little one. It is always a calm, cosy environment, there are other new parents to chat with and a hot drink along with homemade biscuits.

I’ve been lucky enough to spend today here with one of my best friends, and yes I went in for a swim- my word it was chilly but amazing!!!
Next week sees the start of a new term for both massage and yoga classes. I’d love to welcome you along. Baby massage is suitable for babies from newborn to a year. Baby yoga is suitable for babies from 12 weeks.
Come and learn a gorgeous bonding skill that you can use all the way through your baby’s childhood.
I’ll bring you a detailed parent handbook, a brew and a homemade biscuit and meet other new parents from your area.
Classes are taught in Buxton and Whaley Bridge.

Baby massage is a gorgeous skill to learn with your little one. New baby massage courses will be starting after Easter. Our courses are taught by Pip, our very own paediatric nurse and sleep coach. Come and spend an hour each week bonding with your little one and getting to know other new parents from the area.
