Reiki Level 1 is happening on Saturday 3rd October.

I’ve been teaching Reiki for several years now, and it’s still one of those things I love introducing people to.

You don’t need to know anything about Reiki before you come. You don’t need to be particularly “spiritual”. And you certainly don’t need to arrive knowing what you’re doing.

It’s a day to learn, experience and practice. You’ll receive your Level 1 Attunement, have plenty of hands-on practice, and go home with your manual, journal and everything you need to continue working with Reiki.

I keep my training groups small because I like being able to dedicate time with the people in the room.

If you’ve been thinking about learning Reiki for a while, perhaps this is the nudge.
