Cacao, drumming circle & soundbath.
1:30pm prompt start. £25pp.
No experience of drumming necessary. All welcome.
Option of soundbath only 2:30-3:30pm £15pp.

Allow the sounds, frequencies and energies of gongs, drums, singing bowls and percussion to flow through and rebalance your mind, body and spirit.

Presentation last night of monies raised at the charity soundbath on July 19th at The Royal Hotel, Whitby.
A fantastic sum of £2000 was raised on the night. This was split and £1000 was given to both Andy’s Man Club Whitby and The Hot Spot Women’s Menopause Group.
I had a call today from the regional manager from AMC, thanking us for the donation and I also received a beautiful card from The Hot Spot.
Thank you all once again for your generous donations and thank you to Royal Whitby Events for the use of their beautiful ballroom.
It was a very special evening. 💫🙏🌟
