99% of spiritual practice has been reduced to psychological wellbeing, the great jewel at the centre of all traditions has been lost. This is the age we are in.

Of course hurting ourselves less is important but unless we acknowledge the jewel within, we stay in Kali Yuga- too much lack and greed. It can manifest also in depression, distress and numbness as all that is left after the reduction of the layers of distraction.

Knots and karmas begin to loosen in the correctly practicing practitioner into the growth of something new.

Begin to loosen where we are gripping unhelpfully, which may be painful due to our identification with these things, keep our bodies in good order and get to welcome and know that which is not transient, so that the soul light can radiate and the heart centre opens 💕

All these wonderful and talented folk are doing great work within the Daoist arts, and I can fully vouch for and recommend what they are doing. In the near future there will also be a list of Nei Gong teachers that have been trained in the school by me.
