I am grateful for all of my reviews but I do love to see an acupuncture for hayfever success story! If you suffer with hayfever you'll knowww the struggle 🤧 But acupuncture can be surprisingly effective as a treatment! (I made a post on how it works last year, so feel free to scroll back for further information on this!) 🐝🌼

Half term has whizzed by, but parents and caregivers might be feeling in need of a moment just to breathe... IYKYK. 😅

90 minute relaxation massage appointments are available with Matt each Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. This truly allows you to take some time to breathe, regroup and reset.

As always, if it's injury or pain management you're looking for, I'm here to help all week with sports massage, dry needling, dry cupping, injury rehabilitation to name a few. Let us help you feel your very best as we head into spring. 🌱

The moment of excitement when I discover a client is also into martial arts 😆🥋

A more personal post today, but hopefully an encouraging one! I understand how busy life can be. Mine looks like running a business, studying for my degree, my role as a husband and father of three - but I also try and find time to keep my body and mind healthy, and for me that looks like the gym and Brazilian jiu jitsu. 💪

Having an upcoming competition can really help to push training goals, and while the amount of time available for training will always vary, I pride myself on practicing what I preach and always working hard on strength and discipline!

I hope everyone is having a great start to December. In order to allow you plenty of time to arrange appointments over the busy festive period, I will share my December availability below:

🎄 Daytime appointments available Wednesday, 31st December
🎄 Appointments available as usual from Friday, 2nd January

Availability is limited outside of these hours, please check the booking system or message me to book in.
