For many of us, it's the end of another busy week.

Emails have been answered.

So let me ask you something...

Why did I create Travelling Angels?

People often ask me why I decided to move from nursing into luxury travel.

The answer is actually very simple.

For more than 20 years, I had the privilege of caring for people during some of the most important moments of their lives.

That experience taught me something I'll never forget.

Life is too precious to spend worrying about the little things.

When you're travelling, you shouldn't be thinking about flight changes...

Hotel transfers...

Restaurant reservations...

Or whether everything has been booked correctly.

You should be enjoying every moment with the people you love.

That's exactly why I created Travelling Angels.

Not simply to book holidays.

But to remove the stress, save people time, and create seamless journeys where every detail has already been taken care of.

To me, luxury isn't about spending more.

It's about having the freedom to switch off, be present, and enjoy experiences that become lifelong memories.

That's the promise I make to every client I work with.

Because the best journeys don't begin when you arrive at your destination.

They begin the moment someone else takes care of the details.

Think back to the most memorable holiday you've ever had.

Chances are...

You don't remember how many miles you travelled.

You don't remember the flight number.

You probably don't even remember what you packed.

But I bet you remember...

The first sunset.

The laughter around the dinner table.

The smell of the sea.

The conversation that lasted long into the evening.

The moment you realised you didn't want the holiday to end.

That's because the best journeys aren't measured by distance.

They're measured by emotion.

After more than 20 years as a registered nurse, I've come to understand something that has shaped the way I see both life and travel.

People rarely remember what they owned.

They remember how they felt.

Safe.

Loved.

Free.

Connected.

That's exactly why I created Travelling Angels.

The difference between a good holiday and an unforgettable one often comes down to the little things.

After years of travelling and helping others plan their journeys, I've realised that the best trips don't happen by chance, they happen with thoughtful preparation.

Here are three things I never travel without:

1️⃣ Plan with purpose

I always have a plan, but I never plan every minute.

Some of the best memories come from discovering a hidden café, taking an unexpected walk, or finding a place you never knew existed.

Leave room for the unexpected.

2️⃣ Pack lighter than you think you need

Overpacking adds stress.

Packing smart gives you freedom.

The less you're worrying about luggage, the more you're enjoying the journey.

3️⃣ Be present

This one is the most important.

Take the photos.

Capture the memories.

But don't spend the whole holiday looking through a screen.

Some moments deserve to be experienced with your own eyes.

At Travelling Angels, I believe luxury isn't just about where you stay.

It's about how you feel while you're there.
