We need your help to get a new defibrillator!💚

SJA Cumbria West and Central is raising £1,000 to purchase a new defibrillator so our volunteers can continue providing lifesaving care at community events across our area.
A defibrillator can make the difference between life and death, and every donation—no matter the size—helps us get one step closer to our goal.

We often get asked…”What should I do when someone is having a seizure “. Follow these steps and remember to stay calm, cushion the patient with something soft, and call for medical assistance if necessary.

Witnessing someone having a seizure for the first time can be scary - but you can help keep them safe.

💚We need your help!! We need volunteers!! 💚Please share this post so as many people can see. There are a large amount of spaces for volunteers available in the West and Central Cumbria network. We need youth helpers- no prior experience needed, Community first aider- no prior experience needed, support and fundraising volunteers. Within St John there is a role for everyone.
