Welcome to Monday - and the sun is shinning into the treatment room this morning.

Making my new foot bath and treatment sarongs look beautiful.

I am really enjoying making these little changes to the treatment room. There are still a few tweaks planned, so see if you can spot them on your visits to the Reflexology Barn when they happen.

Why choose the Reflexology Barn …

💕There is free parking either on the drive way or the road

💕There is plenty of time left between each client so you should never see who is before you or after you

💕Claire manages her own diary, no over worked stressed out therapists here

💕There are no receptionists or waiting rooms

💕Your treatment time is just for you in my own little room full of calm and tranquility.

When you visit the Reflexology Barn your well-being will be at the heart of everything that happens within the treatment room. It’s all about you !

You may well arrive feeling frazzled, like you are spinning too many plates, like everybody else is taking a little piece of you and just general feeling out of kilter.

But what if you could leave those feelings at my front door, you could feel your shoulders drop and not be up by your ears, you can allow yourself to relax and remember what that truly feels like…..

Thank you for visiting my treatment room it has been a lovely week full of familiar and new faces.

😁If you chat all the way through your treatment

😴If you snore or your tummy grumbles all through your treatment 

💕The most important thing is you are giving yourself some self care. You are looking after your wellbeing. You have booked your time on the couch.

Hello and welcome to the Reflexology Barn. My name is Claire and I thought I would introduce myself again.

I am happily married with two grown up children. My morning walks start my day in the right way. Wednesday night Pop Chorus is another essential part of my week. I love spending time with my family & friends, baking, going to the theatre, and travelling.

But with older children and having now lost both of my parents it has left me with more time to fill, does this sound familiar ?

So if you maybe are feeling a little lost then you are not alone.

One thing I am incredibly proud of is the Reflexology Barn has been open for 10 years this month and it has been the most amazing 10 years, it’s so lovely to have a job that I love so much.

As we are entering the summer holiday months, it seems the perfect opportunity to post some gentle reminders about my booking & cancellation policy’s.

📔Please only book treatment times which you are committed to keeping. You are making that commitment to yourself and your wellbeing

🕰️ Sometimes life happens and you may need to change your appointment, please remember a full 48hours notice is required otherwise my cancellation charges will apply. This is the same as many other businesses.

🩺 Should you have anything change medically before your treatment please do get in touch to let me know. Please do give at least 48 hours notice otherwise my cancellation charges will apply.

💕Sometimes life’s genuine emergencies happen and I will always be empathetic to these and discretion will be used about my cancellation policy.

The Reflexology Barn is my business which I am incredibly proud of. For the last nearly 10years it has provided my income. My cancellation policy is not personal it is there to protect my business and my income.
