I have had a few messages asking for a bit more information on this Retreat morning, below is a breakdown of what we’ll be doing.

If you’ve been thinking about booking but feeling unsure, I’d like to let you know that the space and energy will be held gently by myself (Amelia) and Geraint who will be leading the Sound Journey.

I have personally experienced Geraint’s Sound Healing sessions and I can affirm that they have been deeply nourishing and relaxing experiences, which I can’t wait to join in with again with!

If you’re coming alone, know that you will be warmly welcomed and supported with space to rest deeply.
