Our telephone system operates a call back function. If you are above a certain number in our waiting queue, you can request to be called back, rather than continuing to wait.

You will receive a call back once your original queue position reaches number 1. The call back will be from an unknown number, if you request a call back please ensure your phone is available and has signal to receive the call.
