It was another successful coffee morning in the North East on Friday as over £400 was raised for Parkinson's UK.

Funeral director Gary Staker has organised charity coffee mornings across Northumberland and North Tyneside to raise money for his chosen charity as National President of SAIF independent funeral directors.

Thank you too to our Monkseaton administrator Janet Smith and to our other volunteers for supporting and arranging the event at St. Andrew's URC, Monkseaton, and thank you, the Monkseaton community, for your generosity towards a great cause.
