Summer is coming, so just a little update from us!

Here’s a picture of 4/6 therapists… because it’s basically impossible to get us all together at once 😂 (will get Sarah & Lucy next time!)

We’ve had a super busy couple of years, and this summer we are CHILLING 🌿 which means there will be fewer appointments available over the next few months — so please make sure to book in advance!

We’re currently a little short on holistic therapists, BUT from September we’re hoping to welcome another two therapists to the team. Which means LOADS more availability going into winter 🤍

When we hire new therapists they go through a 3 month training program; so we need models...who get discounted treatments whilst they learn: we just ask for feedback!

INTO THE SEA

A Restorative Ocean-Inspired Ritual
Let the rhythmic sounds of the ocean carry you away to a place of deep calm and renewal. As gentle waves and sea breezes fill the air, you are enveloped in the grounding scent of sage essential oil, blended into a salt-infused base oil with seaweed extract—a tribute to the cleansing spirit of the sea.
Your journey begins with a Dead Sea salt back exfoliation, buffing the skin to radiant smoothness. Organic kelp seaweed is then applied to the back, releasing a surge of oceanic minerals to detoxify and deeply nourish the skin. As the seaweed works its magic, soothing massage techniques flow over the back of the legs and feet, easing you into a state of weightless relaxation.
The seaweed is gently removed, followed by a restorative back massage designed to melt away lingering tension. The treatment continues with a tranquil massage across the front of the legs, arms, neck, and scalp, leaving you feeling balanced, refreshed, and renewed—like you’ve just emerged from the sea itself.

One of our current guest seasonal treatments.

APRIL SHOWERS

Surrender to the soothing rhythm of the rain as you step into a cocoon of calm. The gentle sounds of thunder and falling rain surround you, while the earthy scent of Petrichor and grounding essential oils of Vetiver, Oakmoss, Cedarwood, and Bergamot envelop your senses—bringing the cleansing beauty of a spring storm indoors.

Your ritual begins with a spritz of orange blossom mist, a delicate rainfall that kisses the skin and anchors you in the present moment. A deeply restorative massage follows, flowing across the back and backs of the legs, melting away tension with each mindful stroke.

You are then guided into renewal as the feet are exfoliated and enveloped in a nourishing mask, allowing your body to rest in deep relaxation. The journey continues with soothing massage techniques across the front of the legs, arms, neck, and scalp, releasing the final traces of stress.

To complete your experience, the foot mask is gently removed, and your feet are massaged with a handcrafted botanical balm before being wrapped in new, luxuriously fluffy socks a soft embrace and a gift to take home as a reminder of your time in the rain.

Gorgeous event with at the lovely doing a mindfulness & massage event. Sarah's Star is an amazing charity supporting people living with incurable and palliative illness.

The wonderful Steph did some guided meditation and mindfulness while Gemma provided mini massage treatments. Spring time theme with the gorgeous aromas of Magnolia & Rose.
