Sometimes the best days aren't the ones you plan... 💚

I came into Healing Health today with one job in mind – to work on my newsletter.

Before I'd even started, I realised I'd run out of my Calm & Clear tea, so I made a fresh batch.

Then I put my board outside...
Within half an hour, a lovely lady popped in for a chat. We talked about the teas, and I suggested Calm & Clear might be just what she needed. She chose a packet and a tea strainer, then picked one of the ritual cards... and, out of all of them, she drew Calm & Clear.

It felt like exactly the right tea had found the right person.

Not long afterwards, another lovely lady stopped to chat and is looking forward to joining my September Reset classes.

Days like today remind me that Healing Health is about so much more than treatments. It's a place to pop in, ask questions, discover something new, or simply have a friendly chat.

A huge thank you to everyone who visited me at the Love Craft Market. It was such a joy to meet so many lovely people, share my Wellness teas

A special thank you to Tom for organising such a fantastic event, and to Carly and the team at the coffee shop for making everyone feel so welcome.

Over 70 people enjoyed a taste of my Wellness l iced tea, and I'm so grateful for all the lovely feedback.
