🙋🏼‍♀️CASE STUDIES - Put your hand up if you've ever wanted to try facial reflexology | I've just completed a fantastic course & am looking for 2 people who would like 3 treatments as part of my case studies. Here's the details:-

💆🏼‍♀️You need to be available for 3 hours across 3 weeks - anytime from 15th July > end of Aug.

✨ Treatments will be approx 1 hour long & completely free in return for you filling in feedback & reactions.

You don't need fixing. You just need to notice.

• Consciously check in with your body - are there signs that stress or anxiety is building?

• Notice your behaviours - are you working too hard, not being present with friends or family, skipping exercise or leisure activities, or not eating well?

• When you notice your stress or anxiety is starting to run the show, you can take a step back & prioritise some self care. Actively scheduling in breathwork,meditation,yoga,reflexology or whatever works for you will help you back to balance.
