Busy day today, with lots of commitments to stitch together. So I love the flexibility of carrying my office with me. A little time out at one of my favourite coffee shops, and still able to keep on top of messages from clients, answering queries, helping with orders, plus five minutes of staring into space. I’m looking forward to the kick off of a 12 week book club later, a shared journey through The Artist’s Way. Then a meeting of my weekly low carb group. Just as well I have plenty of energy, certainly much more than I had 10-15 years ago. For that I’m grateful for my nutrition and wellbeing education, and my daily nutritional safety belt.
