💉 Meningitis B (MenB) Vaccinations Available from Community Pharmacies from 20 July 2026

Are you starting university, college, or moving into student accommodation this autumn? You may be eligible for a free MenB vaccination at your local community pharmacy from 20 July 2026.

You may be eligible if you:
✅ Are in the current Year 13 age group (born between 1 September 2007 and 31 August 2008)
✅ Are starting undergraduate higher education in autumn 2026 and are aged under 25
✅ Are moving into halls of residence or student accommodation for the first time and are aged under 25

The MenB vaccine helps protect against meningococcal disease, a rare but serious infection that can cause meningitis and septicaemia (blood poisoning).

Speak to your local community pharmacy to check your eligibility and book an appointment.
