Age is never a barrier to trying something different, staying active and having fun! 💕 Our residents have been enjoying our baking classes and discovering just how much fun it is to get creative in the kitchen. 👩‍🍳✨

“Since coming here, I’ve been doing some baking classes.” 🥰

From beating the eggs 🥚, mixing in just the right amount of butter, flour and sugar 🧈🌾, to slicing and mashing bananas 🍌 — we’ve got it all covered! And, of course, there’s nothing better than enjoying the delicious results together. 😋💕

Our residents had a lovely trip to Perrywood Garden Centre in Tiptree! 🌺🪴

As we take on our company-wide Bee Green & Grow Competition, our residents decided it was time to do a little research and gather some inspiration! 👩‍🌾👨‍🌾💡

They had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful gardens, spotting colourful flowers and plants, and picking up ideas on how we can bring some of that Perrywood magic back to Eve Belle! 🌷🌻🌿

Now it’s time to get our thinking caps on, get our green fingers working and see what we can create in our very own courtyard! 🐝💚🌱

Who knows… we might even bring home the bacon! 🥓😂🏆

Today, we want to take a moment to say a very heartfelt THANK YOU to all our incredible firefighters, especially our local firefighters from Wickford Fire Station. 👨‍🚒👩‍🚒🚒

You work tirelessly, often in the most difficult and dangerous circumstances, to keep us, our families and our community safe. With the extreme heat bringing an increased risk of fires, we know that your dedication and bravery are needed now more than ever. 🔥☀️

We have also been deeply saddened to hear about the recent incident at an industrial complex, where one of your fire engines was damaged while you were responding and protecting others. Despite the risks and challenges you face, you continue to turn up, put yourselves in harm’s way and do everything you can to save lives. ❤️

You are TRUE HEROES. Your courage, compassion and selflessness inspire us, and we want you to know that your work never goes unnoticed. 🙏❤️

As a small token of our love and appreciation, our residents and team have personally made appreciation cards for you. 💌🌟 Please accept them knowing they have been made with genuine gratitude and from the heart.

We treated our residents to another beautiful afternoon of music, and once again they were completely mesmerised by EvaRsoprano’s truly angelic voice. 😇🎤❤️

Our lovely gent Malcolm summed it up perfectly: “Like an angel singing on Earth.” 🥰

Moments like these fill our home with joy, smiles and beautiful memories. Truly one of our favourites! 🎶💃🕺❤️

☀️🌸 Summer days at Eve Belle! 🌸☀️

We’re still making the most of this beautiful summer sunshine as we get ready for our Bee Green & Grow Competition! 🐝🌿🏆

Our residents have been busy caring for our flowers and making sure they bloom beautifully — keeping them healthy and happy, just like themselves! 🌺🪴💚

There’s been plenty going on in the courtyard too! From enjoying games of bowls 🎳 to picking and sorting different coloured balls 🔴🟡🔵 — a fun way to strengthen our grips and muscles while keeping everyone active and engaged. 💪😊

And, of course, after all that hard work, there’s nothing better than sitting back, relaxing and enjoying some cheese, biscuits and a little glass of wine! 🧀🍪🍷😋

With plenty of chatting, laughing, singing and sunshine, our courtyard has certainly been the place to be! 🎶😂☀️❤️

Whenever we hear this song, we know it’s time for a very special celebration! 🥳 Today, we were delighted to sing along and celebrate the birthday of one of our kindest and most wonderful ladies. Her smile lights up the room, and it was a joy to make her day extra special with music, laughter, and lots of love. ❤️🎈
