What better way to cool down after another hot week?
A dip in the pool, some gentle stretches and movements, some sea horse riding, breathing techniques and some floating relaxation. Not to mention meeting other mums to be.

Hoping all mums to be are staying cool? What’s your best tips for staying chilled in this weather?
Water with ice and slices of cucumber make it taste and feel more refreshing.
Water melon is a good snack and helps a little with hydration.
Sitting with feet in a cool bowl of water.
Cool flannel on back of neck.
Running wrists under a cold tap.
Good old ice pops. (I had a thing for cider non alcohol or lemonade lolly’s in my 3rd pregnancy).
Sit in a paddling pool in the shade, as long as you can get back up.

This is a funny illustration of what might be going on inside as baby grows. I mention this when talking about breathing exercises. Regular practice helps calm and relax you and get the oxygen flowing.Understanding how lungs can find a little extra space to expand into with breathing and visualisation. This can help maintain lung capacity, as we may find ourselves a little shorter in breath in later stages due to lungs giving up some of their space.
Breathing techniques have so many benefits not just during pregnancy and labour, but in day to day life too.
