Acupuncture✨

How many treatments will I need?

This is the most asked question I get in my practice. There is no straight forward answer.

If you have been suffering with pain in your hand for a number of months, this is going to be a completely different amount of treatments to someone who for example, has a spleen deficiency.

I like clients to come to me at least once a week for four weeks and then go onto a maintenance plan (depending if we have tackled all problems). Sometimes again, this can be 6 weeks and maybe twice weekly depending.

Now don’t get me wrong, I have had amazing results with just one session of acupuncture, however I am trying to fix the root cause of the problem and not just the symptoms. The good news? Even after one treatment you feel a difference and often bring a lot more balance in your life ready to tackle the other ailments you are suffering with.
